Cancellations - 100% refund up to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% refund up to 30 days prior to check-in

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10 a.m. Central Time. Due to housekeeping scheduling, deposit may be forfeited if check-out time is not adhered to.

All 7 night minimum stays are Saturday to Saturday. Rates include one parking pass and six property bands which provide access to the amenities. When allowed, an additional on-site parking pass can be purchased for $15.00.

The person doing the booking must be the responsible party, 25 years or older and be the one actually staying with us. Maximum of six guests allowed.

No pets and no smoking or vaping allowed inside or on the balcony.

Please note during certain times of the year due to the limited amount of parking deck space, guests and residents are limited to one vehicle. Additional parking is available at a near by off-site privately owned lot at $20.00 a day, check with the on-site HOA management office for details.

Our full modern kitchen provides all the amenities of home, and an in-unit washer and dryer helps make your stay hassle-free. Ceramic tile in the foyer, hall, kitchen, and bathrooms make cleanups a snap.

The generous great room beckons you to kick back and relax as you take in the beautiful views and listen to waves lap the shoreline. A separate dining area and a breakfast bar allow you to dine in if you choose.

From the private balcony, you'll enjoy gentle mornings, perhaps catching sight of porpoises cruising the shoreline. Watch the beach activity during the day, and witness stunning sunsets that will take your breath away.

Seychelles Beach Resort, lush with tropical landscaping, offers its guests two gulf-side pools (one heated seasonally) with an attached hot tub, and an exercise room. The resort also provides locked access to the building, the garage, and the private beach area for your peace of mind.

Seychelles, located on sleepy Gulf Drive just off Thomas Drive in a residential and beach retail area, is the place where locals and visitors alike can stroll to area restaurants and shops. Right next door, you'll find Schooners, one of the locals' favorite beach clubs – where there is dancing to live music on the weekends, and the grouper sandwich is as good as they say.

Choose from the numerous, excellent casual and fine dining establishments, many within walking distance. At the marina – visible from your condo – you'll find wonderful restaurants, sure to please everyone's taste.

Perfect Fall Family Getaway

Took a 4 night trip with husband and two boys and couldn't ask for more! The condo was so clean (and I'm super picky!!), up to date decor, the kitchen was very well stocked, and plenty of bath towels! We love this quiet end of the beach and Schooners and Scampys right next door! The beach views were gorgeous and it was nice having 2 pools and lots of space. Would highly recommend. Our friends stayed in 1203 next door and their condo was equally nice! Great trip for friends and find memories. Thanks to Matthew for easy booking and communication as well.

We Loved Our Stay with Mango Sunsets at Seychelles

Our family rented both units and it was wonderful having the side-by-side units for our family trip! We have experienced trouble in the past with dirty units and having to clean upon arrival, but not with these two units at Mango Sunsets at Seychelles! The units were very clean and comfortably furnished! Upon arriving, we just had to enjoy ourselves which was easy to do with the beautiful ocean views and Schooners right next door! We will definitely rent from Mango Sunsets again! Matthew was a pleasure to work with and very responsive!

Absolutely Gorgeous

This was our first year with this owner but certainly won't be our last. We were very pleased with the condo, amenities, and customer service. The unit was equipped with anything you could possibly need during your stay, Many places have their units equipped with cheap extras I.e. Cookware dishes etc. Not this one, they have provided the best in anything you will find yourself in need of. The location is next to Schooners which is a fabulous place to eat, just a short walk to Dollar General and convenience stores. The owners are very friendly and promptly answer any and all questions. We will continue to use Matthew in the future for our beach rental.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mango sunsets! We stayed in 1204 & the room was very clean, comfortable & updated. The owners were wonderful & we plan to always rent from them from here on out. Thank you for a wonderful stay & going above & beyond to make sure we were happy! The location was perfect, it was quiet & close to nearby attractions. It is definitely a family friendly end of town!

Best on the Beach!

This condo was so great! Very clean and well stocked with anything you would need! The view of the gulf and the beautiful sunsets are breath taking. The king size bed was very comfortable and I think the pillows were the best. The owners are awesome, very quick at getting back if you had any concerns, they even check in with us to make sure all was going great! Location is perfect to many wonderful restaurants and is close to St Andrews park, shell island, and just a short car ride to Pier Park! We loved every moment at this condo, and cannot wait to come back!! Thank you Matthew and Jenny!
